Refund
Hi Colleagues,
I have requested for a refund after items I have ordered not being arrived, eBay stepped in for refund and they said I should receive my refund after 3-5 business day. However, it is the 6th day now, didn't see a refund into my account.
What should I do, is there a way I have a direct contact with eBay?

Mentor3 years agoRefunds go back to the funding source. If that was a credit card, it can take up to one billing cycle for it to show up on your statement.

OP3 years agoI don't understand now, how long is the billing cycle?
Is it eBay billing cycle or my banking-credit card billing cycle?
