I met a terrible seller in my life. I returned item"287399013687" to seller "H" by return policy. * H said don't have my return item, After I shown the track'# (9500 1116 0634 6201 1820 60. July 20th) Then H check up slow work to refund expire day Aug 2nd.I required refund $64.20
2 times before expire date. H said refunded, This is lie. I checked up my Pay Pal account and personnel bank account. Dear Manager. If you help of refund, No one help. *I paid return postage $10.95
item order #:15-14830-35788 * my couple of appeal letter in H's message line. If H don't refund, I will appeal to GA state General attorney office with this copy within 10 days. Best Regards

This is not Ebay Customer Service. There are no "managers" here.
If you filed the Return Request on Ebay, did you use the shipping label that was to be provided to you? If so, and the seller did not issue the refund upon delivery, you needed to ask Ebay to step in to help you within 21 days. If you did not, and the return request has been closed, you can turn to your funding source to dispute the charge.
If you filed the return request BUT DID NOT USE THE PROVIDED LABEL, you needed to provide the tracking number in the return request details and the seller would have been required to issue the refund when they received the returned item.
Could you provide an explanation of what steps you took after you filed the Return Request on Ebay?
