I have not received my refund and it has surpassed the time limit of 3-5 business days as promised from eBay…. Any info on that?

After being notified that you’ve received a refund .. it takes eBay up to 48 hours to process it and return it to the original payment source, usually a credit card account.
The rest of the time is taken by the issuer of the credit card to process it on their end. You can phone your credit card company and see whether your refund is pending.
