Refund

Question

Hi. I purchased an item which was different to the listing ( missing major parts) contacted seller who wanted photos etc. Then offered £2.80 to replace £15 of missing item's eventually agreed to a full refund which would be in my PayPal or card in the next 5 days and dispose of the item ad they didn't want it returned. Didn't check refund was in before the 60 day cut off. So I can't see how to proceed .

You needed to file a Return Request within 30 days from date of delivery and if the seller did not cooperate, you could have asked Ebay to step in to help you after 3 business days for the date you filed the Return Request.
