how do I issue a customer a refund?

If you are just sending a partial refund use the drop down menu on the left side of the item in your Orders file. Scroll down to Send refund and click that. Follow the multi-page process through to completion.
If you are refunding through a return claim go to the claim and select the Refund function. Complete the process.
