Refund
The card I originally used to make a purchase is no longer available for the refund to go to. How do I receive the money?

Mentor3 weeks ago@tinaragg84 When I had this happen I contacted the card company since I did not have a new card with same company and they sent me a check.

The refund does not go to the card; it goes to the bank account the card was issued from. If you received a new card with a new number, the new card should be able to spend the refund.
If you closed your account entirely, contact your bank to see how refunds to closed accounts are handled.
