Can you give us a little more detail about the request you opened?
Please check the order in Purchase History and tell us:
what type of request it was
when you opened it
whether the seller responded
what the current status says

If the request is still open, there may be a date when you can ask eBay to step in. If it already shows that a refund was issued, then we need to look at the refund date and payment method to figure out where the money is.
Once you post the status, we can narrow it down quickly.
