Refund
I had a item i sold make it all the way to the buyers city and they said it was not delivered. So i refunded him. Is there nothing i can do about get that money or is it just a loss.

Mentor2 weeks agoDid the buyer file an Item Not Received case? If you refunded from the case, and you printed the shipping label using ebay shipping, and got an acceptance scan within your handling time, if the package later turns up and is Delivered, ebay will refund you.

OP2 weeks agoYes, I did all that. So my only luck on getting my money back is if the item delivers?
