Refund
Hi guys so I posted a item on eBay for sale and I didn’t have a debit card on file but then the customer cancelled the order and I was trying to refund him but it wouldn’t let unless I added a debit card and now that I added a debit card it only refunded him whatever was in my eBay account and I didn’t receive the full amount for my item what can I do so I can refund him and it also saying I owe eBay $41 now idk why
