What do you do when you don’t get the item you ordered on and you
Cancelled it and they say you got a refund that you didn’t get and eBay closeds your claim and still have not received your refund

Mentor1 week agoBuyers can only REQUEST a cancellation. The seller is not obligated to file a cancellation, but most will. Go to your Purchase history, click on CONTACT SELLER, and send a message as to why you are requesting a cancellation.
Did you do the following to file an Item Not Received case?
Go to your Purchase history and locate the item. Look at the estimated delivery date. When it is at least 1 day past that date, but not more than 30 days past, you can file a refund request for Item Not Received. The seller will have 3 days to respond with either a tracking number showing Delivered or refund you in full. If the seller does neither, on day 4, go back to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
