Can not contact buyer even to accept refund. Site will not allow. Does. It even show whatI I bought. Articles, and more articles is all the help on site. Calling is a dark hole in space. Thank God it is not much more money. I will just toss defective broken in trash. Give away other 2 pieces. Lesson learned. I will NEVER use site again and will spread word about it and robbing cheating seller. I wish them an incurable disease. Webuyhouses.

To see your purchases, you go to your My ebay > Purchase history. Click the 3 dots and you can select CONTACT SELLER.

ebay has not had a public phone number since the pandemic. You have to have them call you.
