Refund
I sold a card to someone and shipped it out February 2nd, after a month of no movement on shipment a refund was given to buyer. (I thought the card was stolen). Randomly i received an email saying the card was delivered to authentication in California May 21st. Will the item come back to me since i refunded the money or will it still go to buyer?

The card will likely go to the buyer. You'll need to wait and see what happens.
