Refund
Hello,
My order was cancelled by the seller on 8 Feb 2026, and eBay shows a full refund was sent on 8 Feb 2026. However, I still haven’t received the funds in my bank/card account, and the site won’t let me open a case because it says “The seller already gave you a full refund.”
Could you please help me to trace and re‑issue the refund to my original payment method and create a support ticket for this order?

February 8th was a Saturday so the soonest your bank might credit your card would have been the 10th. If your bank card is a credit card, the credit may not show up on your card's statement for up to 30 days. However, if you call the customer service phone number on the back of the card, they should be able to tell you if a credit is being processed.
If your card is a debit card, the funds should have been received by your bank, but since you probably have never received funds from ebay before, the Bank may place their own hold on the transfer especially, if there is a currency exchanged involved. Try calling your bank.
