Refund
A buyer open a case, saying that their item did not arrive so I issued a refund to the buyer several days ago. As of today, the tracking now shows that the item was delivered. What should I do since I refunded the buyer.

Mentor4 months agoThe buyer is not required by Ebay to repay you for the item, nor required to return it.
Have you contacted the buyer to see if they are willing to make payment through a payment source such as Paypal, Venmo, etc.?
