I cancelled an eBay order a month ago and I have not received the refund. Cashapp says that eBay never returned my funds but going through eBay’s extremely difficult help website it says they have I don’t know what to do

Sellers can cancel an order, Buyers can only request a cancellation. It might be time to reach out to eBay.
Here's how to contact eBay general customer service.
1. CLICK THIS LINK:

2. Select a category that best matches your problem.
3. Answer the chat bots question by stating what you need help with. Be brief when you reply to the chat bot.
4. Type AGENT (you may have repeat steps 3 and 4)

OP5 months agoI’ve spoken to eBay they said the funds were supposed to be in my account over two weeks ago and that they transferred the refund cashapp says they haven’t received it it’s not been a month as I bought it on the 8th and cancelled it on the 9th last month
