I bought an item that is defective. been talking to ebay for a number of months now with no results. I need a number to talk with someone again

Mentor4 months agoYou have 30 days from receipt of the item to file a returns request for Item Not as Described. It is an automated process. If it is past 30 days, ebay can no longer help you. If you paid with a credit card, contact the issuer regarding a chargeback. You only have 180 days from the date of transaction to do so.
