REFUND

seller sent me a damaged watch that i paid for the 17th of February. took more the a month to get it. i filed a clam for a refund and the seller asked me to wait 3 weeks to get the refund. i said no, refund now,bad return label then the seller sent me a return label, i packed everything up and took it to the carrier, they said the numbers on the scan code are not right, they are no good, so now i cant ship it back. i messaged the seller with no response to get a new shipping label. can you pleas...

Go to My ebay > Purchase History

Locate the item. Click on RETURN THIS ITEM because it is Not as Described. You will need to click on More to see that option. The seller will need to provide a prepaid shipping label for its return. ebay sends you a link to print out the label. Print out the label, affix it to the box, and have the counter clerk scan the label. When tracking shows DELIVERED back to the seller, the seller needs to refund you within 2 days. If no refund, go back to the case and click on Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
