Refund
Item was not even sent out because I changed my mind. The seller said they refunded me but it’s been 6 days and my bank is yet to receive the payment. Communication on eBay’s part is so poor.

Mentor6 months ago@ava7529 Did you get a message from eBay stating you were refunded or did the seller just promise it?
eBay customer service can not force the seller to refund you until after the last estimated delivery date.
Look for the last estimated delivery date in your purchase history. You can file a refund request when it is one day PAST the last estimated delivery date .
