Mentor7 months ago@rmnggl713 did u open an item not received case? if not, do so and follow the instructions and timelines set out on the case.
if u already opened the case, and it has been 6 days since, click on the ask ebay to step in button.

OP7 months agoI did 4 days ago. They keep promising that my refund will be posted in 24-48 hours but nothing has happened. Now I can’t chat or call eBay agent. Only email. And I’ve sent like 5 emails with no response. The seller never shipped and won’t respond either.
