Refund
I purchased an item on Jan 9th. I got an email with the order details telling me when it should arrive. That was it. No tracking or anything. I did not receive the item but they did suck the money out of my account. When I try to locate the item in my purchases it is not there. I put in the order number and it says item not found. It's like I never bought anything but they took my money. Ebay is no help because I can't talk to a person. They just keep telling me to put in the number or select from my purchases. It's not there. Help!!

No one sucked the money out of your account. You authorized a payment for a purchase.
It sounds like you ordered as a guest instead of using your account so that would be why you can't find the order in your Purchase History.

OP8 months agoTried that also. Still doesn't show up. Yes I authorized the payment and I expected the product but did not receive it.

Try logging out and then go to the link provided.
Note that you will not be able to request a refund for an item not received until after the estimated delivery date provided in the email.

OP8 months agoI'll try it. The delivery date was Saturday the 17th.

Mentor8 months agoI would wait until at least Tuesday night to open a case then. Today is a postal holiday and Saturday and Sunday, are non-business days, so it's not like your delivery is really late yet.
Remember that is an estimated delivery date - not a promise.
