ebay seller [Removed by mod] is a scammer. They never sent my item, then when I tried to cancel it to get a refund, ebay rejected the claim. When i reached out to the seller about my refund they ghosted me and have since ghosted me. Im out $34 because ebay would rather support a scammer than someone who is a constant buyer. So beware of seller [Removed by mod] and the fake inventory they have. Btw its been over 6 months and I still dont have my refund and it still says my package is getting ready to ship. If you werent a scammer, wouldnt you take that down

You must open your claim within 30 days of the estimated delivery date shown in your Purchase History. After that, you no longer have eBay's Money Back Guarantee.
You may be too late now to get help from your credit card company, but it's worth a try for a chargeback.

There is nothing that can be done now since it has been "over 6 months".

The eBay Money Back Guarantee is only 30 days from the last estimated delivery date. After that you have to file a charge back with your funding source, but they have time limits too.
An eBay agent can not extend the eBay MBG time limit.
When you have a problem with an order you don't request to cancel you file a not received or not as described return request case.
Buyers can only request to cancel, a seller can accept or decline the cancelation.
