Refund
I shipped the wrong idem both party's started the return process. One of the party's wants their original item so I shipped it right away. But now ebay wants me to refund but I've already shipped the idem

Ask the buyer to close the return. eBay won’t force the return unless the buyer asks them to step in, so you should have the few days needed for the item to get delivered.
This is why it is better to refund the buyer, and then let them repurchase the item.
