Refund
Trying to reach eBay about refund..item came damaged and seller doesn't except returns but wants item back because it was a family heirloom but I disposed of it.

Mentor9 months ago@lensguy.gw_9 You need to return the item if the seller wants it back to receive a refund. The seller also needs to proof of damage in order to file a postal insurance claim.
The seller pays return shipping and then refunds you 100% for a not as described item.
You need to go hunt for it. OR sorry to say you won't get a refund. Even a credit card company is going to want some kind of proof.
