Refund
I meant to cancel a sale but instead I refunded the buyer. My funds were on hold and instead I refunded the buyer with my own money. How can I get my funds back?

Mentor9 months agoIf your buyer paid and you wanted to cancel the sale, you have to refund the buyer. That is the process for cancelling a sale.
After the initial funds on hold have cleared, eBay will send your payout for those funds.

Whether you cancel the sale or use the refund option, the result is the same regarding your funds. When your funds are on hold, you fund the refund from your payment source. All is reconciled when your funds are released.
