I ordered a pair of shoes 12/17/2025 I’ve yet to receive any updates they can’t tell me where my package is I’ve done 3-4 request for cancellation and they keep rejecting them. The seller isn’t responding and eBay is doing little to nothing to help the situation than when I do get a delivery item it says 12/30/2026 can somebody please help me I assure I won’t shop here anymore after almost 20 years of business.

After the last expected delivery date, but no more than 30 days after the last expected delivery date, go to your purchase history - select 'I haven't received it' and follow the prompts.
The seller has 3 business days to provide tracking that shows delivery, or a refund. If he doesn't, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.
