The Seller clearly just doesn’t want to give a refund!!! This product is still old as a SHORT LIVED PRODUCT BASED ON EXPIRATION DATE !! The seal wasn’t broken!! The date is clearly visible on the outside of the box!! He is saying that I am scamming him!! I angry because he just doesn’t want to honor EBay MBGuarantee !! REFUND IS STILL BEING REQUESTED!!! How do I connect with eBay!! Next I will contact my bank n dispute!!

The eBay Money Back Guarantee protects you for up to 30 days from delivery if the product was not as shown in the listing.
If that is the case, have you opened an Item Not as Described refund request on eBay? You would need to do that to start the refund process.
