Refund
I purchased an item on Dec 15 2025 I contacted the seller the seller said that they forgot to ship out the item I asked for a refund then they responded back saying that eBay won't let them refund the money to me

Sorry to hear you had this experience. Here's what to do...
Check the estimated delivery date shown in your Purchase History. When that date has passed, you have up to 30 days to use the option next to the transaction to open a case for an item not received. The seller will have 3 business days to prove delivery or refund. If he doesn't, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. eBay will force the refund.

OP9 months agoI think if I don't received the item by January 03 2026 I could ask eBay to step in but the item should have been delivered before Dec 26 2025
