I want to ask why you would wait so long, but it really doesn’t matter. There is no way to get a refund this long after purchase.
eBay’s money back guarantee is for 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Some credit cards will open a dispute for up to 6 months after purchase, but I don’t think any institution will have after 6 months.
