REFUND 4 NON - WORKING TURNTABLE
I purchased a turntable for my vinyl record collection. Upon arrival, I discovered, the belt for the turntable was missing & the hinges for the dust cover were broken. The turntable was not working as advertised. I contacted the seller....no response. I do have the EBAY BUYER PROTECTION, but I haven't heard from them either. I paid $125.00 + $12.00 S&H for the turntable. I then had to pay another $21.85 for return postage for the turntable. I just want my money back. Thanx!

The easiest way is to go to your Purchase history, locate the item. Click on RETURN THIS ITEM because it is Not as Described. You will need to click on MORE to see that option. The seller will need to provide a prepaid shipping label for its return. You print out the label, affix it to the box, and have the counter clerk scan the label. When tracking shows DELIVERED back to the seller, the seller needs to refund you within 2 days. If no refund, go back to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
Why did you end up paying to ship the item back? The seller provides a return shipping label if the item is damaged.
