Refund
I never received payment from buyer. Money was on hold. Buyer sent back item. eBay wants me to refund the money I never received. I have money on hold. How do I send the money on hold back?

Mentor11 months agoYou will need to refund the buyer from your back up payment method and then Ebay will release your payout to you.

OP11 months agoTy for response. Not sure if I have a back up payment option. Will it come out of my bank account first. Then I get refunded the funds on hold? Same day? Do u happen to know how long the process takes?
