Refund
The buyer never deposited funds towards my account, therefore I would not ship items without payment. I was charged a fee of $73.16 of which I have already filed an appeal. I’m contacting the BBB with this matter. I believe that the buyer was a fraud because he was forcing me to reply.

Mentor9 months agoThe buyer pays you through Ebay, they do not "deposit funds towards your account". Ebay will release your payout from your sale after the item has been delivered to the buyer.
Have you received notification from Ebay that the buyer has paid and provided the address where to ship the item?
