Hi can anyone help me I purchased a product on eBay and never received it and when I tried to contact the seller they were no longer available on the site plus the seller never listed my product as being purchased how do I get a refund for the purchase I never received I screenshot the product of that transaction how do I get a refund for a purchase I never received???
