Refund
Hello, I have a buyer that requested a refund for damaged items. Three of the five items were not damaged. I sent a message asking if they wanted to keep the three undamaged items. I never received a response. I then sent them an offer for a partial refund subtracting the three undamaged items off the total amount refunded. No response. It has been over 2 weeks. I am now trying to go in and change it from an offer to requesting them to return the undamaged items but I have looked everywhere and can not figure out how to change the offer to a refund or return. Help
