I spent 116$ and item, it never arrived after 48 days. Shipping company cant drive in a city and read street signs. Shipping cant use a Google maps to tell them they have arrived. Shipping cant read numbers.
seller won't give me my money and ebay won't help is the POS theft. Cause it was a child that worked for this money and purchased this. So its not just theft it's stealing from a child.

I don't understand all of your comments, but if there is a purchase you have not received, call your credit card issuer. Ask them to open a dispute for an item not received.
If they suggest you speak to eBay, explain that you missed the 30 day window to file a claim through eBay.
