I received the item through a shipping agent and it was shipped to Korea.
It wasn't that I didn't receive the item; it was different from what was advertised.
It's strange that the wrong item was delivered twice out of two orders.
The item was also delivered with the wrong price, which is strange.
The response was delayed, but this is the first time I've seen this. Please resolve this.
I'm requesting a refund.
