Refund
need help. I sold to cards to a customer printed the label but the wanted to cancel the order. So now how can I cancel to refund the persons money and also the money I spent on the label

Locate the label, click the down-arrow, click Cancel/void label.
The USPS will credit your account in 2-3 weeks after they have determined the label was never used.
Now go to Seller Hub > Orders > Awaiting shipment
Locate the order, click the 3 dots, click Cancel order, select Buyer's request. The buyer will then be automatically refunded.
