Refund
Good morning,
When I purchased the watch, I was charged at 1 USD = 3.906 SAR. However, when refunding my money, you used 1 USD = 3.7503 SAR.
This is unfair and unacceptable. I should be refunded using the same rate (3.906 SAR) that was applied to my purchase. Anything else is unjust. I expect this to be corrected immediately.

One would think. However, the conversion fluctuations could work to your benefit just as easily as they work to your detriment. The changes aren't random, but they might as well be, as far as the ordinary citizen is concerned. Was it a significant net loss to you?
