i requested a refund to be a ebay gift card but i changed my mind that the return just be credited back to my paypal account. How would i notify e bay/

As @jonathanbrightlight. It cannot be changed from the gift card since that's the option you chose.
Refunds to a gift card that's held on the account are a fairly new option that some buyers may see when processing their refund request. eBay says this is faster than other refund methods.

·1 year agoIf you have requested that the refund go to an eBay gift card, it is not possible to change that after you have submitted that request, sorry.

Mentor1 year agoRefunds are required by banking regulations to go back to the original funding source. You cannot change where the refund will go back to.
