refund
hi , i had returned an item that i no longer needed . i had gotten a email saying the money was refunded to my account card number ending in 2014 but i had forgotten to change my card number to the new number and now i dont have that refunded money. how can i get my money back ?

Refunds always go back to the original payment method used at checkout, even if the card number has changed. If your old card was simply replaced but still linked to the same bank account, the refund usually shows up without issues.
If the refund doesn’t appear, contact your bank to check for incoming funds. If the refund fails, eBay will usually alert you. You can check for any messages or alerts here:
