Refund
Customer says she bought some plates by mistake. I advised I would refund amount minus shipping I paid for when I received the plates. When I go in to provide a refund it does not allow me to change the refund amount. Please advise

Mentor1 year agoWhen the listing includes free shipping, you must issue a full refund. Had you listed with a separate shipping amount, then you can deduct the shipping on a remorse return.

Was the original shipping separate or free?

OP1 year agoThey did open a return request, but I did not accept. Ebay accepted the return. Yes, the items are now returned. The original shipping was free, but I messaged her and let her know I would issue a refund as soon as I received the item, minus the shipping I paid for b/c reason for return was a mistake
