Refund
I cancelled an order yesterday and it says refund will take 3-5 days to process. It was because I saw a better deal elsewhere and I don't know how long the deal will last or the item could go out of stock. How can I ask ebay to prioritize my refund ?

Mentor3 years agoNot all sellers are able to cancel an order once made, so I think you are lucky yours was cancelled.

If you received a notification that you were refunded … then eBay will process your refund within 48 hours. The rest of the time will be taken by your credit card company to process the refund on their end.
You purchase items from individual sellers on eBay. Cancellations are a great inconvenience to sellers. Please complete your comparison shopping BEFORE making a purchase in the future. 🙂
