Refund
I bought some tops and I always get a certain sz but wasn’t what it was described. I told selller had proof it wasn’t the size it said. I send it back and paid for shipping myself . I asked for a return lable didn’t give me one. Got them today she gave me a partial refund to. Am asking why???? I returned everything back to you. What a partial refund???? I paid 25.57+14.30 =39.87 should be the total only got $15. Something. Please help me

Mentor1 year ago@kess54 When you return for a buyers remorse reason such as doesn't fit then the seller can withhold the original outbound shipping.
If the seller withhold more than that then you should contact eBay customer service for assistance.
