For order 14-12940-73115 First it was free shipping ounce I payed now until I pay a 55$ shipping that the seller sent by email paypal invoice I'd like to cancel and a refund they even been calling me by phone at this phone number the seller rejected the cancelation

·1 year agoOnly a seller can cancel the order, but in this case, you would have every reason to file an Item Not Received request, which would force the seller to refund you. You'll be able to do that once the estimated date of arrival on the order has passed, assuming I'm correctly understanding that you paid for the order but they are now asking for more money before they will ship it. They are not allowed to do that by eBay's rules, but you need to take the correct steps to get a refund.
