I am trying to contact ebay and speak with a live agent. My blind mother purchased an item (talking kitchen scale) less than 6 months ago and it no longer "talks." I can't find the seller via her original order and want to speak to a real person. the chat was not helpful! Thank you.

Mentor1 year agoeBay buyer protection is allowed for up to 30 days after the delivery of an item.
After six months, eBay will not help facilitate a return.
You should be able to reach out to your payment source/credit card company to ask them for help if the item was guaranteed for 6 months.

It will be up to you and your mother to convince her credit card company to refund her purchase price. You may be asked to return the item at your expense. [All credit card companies have different terms.]
