Mentor1 year agoDid they explain why on the refund? Usually they put a note on the refund if they are going to withhold something.
Did the seller withhold the original shipping cost or did they deduct something because the item wasn't returned in the condition in which it was shipped to you?
There is a reason why a seller does this, we just need to discover what the reason was. You likely can look at your order and see if there is any note on the refund.
