If you contact the seller, they are not required to help you since the transaction occurred 5 months ago.
Find the item in your Purchase History, under "More actions" click on Contact Seller.
Or go to their Feedback profile page and click on "Contact member".
You are beyond the 30 day Ebay Money Back Guarantee, so if you are looking for a refund, you will need to go through Paypal or contact your credit card company.
