You need to contact your seller and ask him to cancel your purchase, and relist the item so you can buy it again with your chosen payment method.
If you’re trying to use payments through PayPal, delete your PayPal account in eBay. Then when you select PayPal during checkout, you should be able to select the pay in 4 option, if you are approved for it.
