I can't get a refund for an item the seller doesn't have, Ebay is just jerking me around. The seller will not communicate, but I guess that's ok if your the seller. I'm totally disgusted.

Mentor1 year agoIf the seller neither ships nor refunds, you should be able to start an "item not received" case the day after the last estimated delivery date shown at the time of your purchase. If the seller does not act within three business days, you can ask eBay to step in and refund you, for up to twenty-one business days from opening the case.
