I live outside US an Canada, i am trying to contact an agent but the automated assistant just places me in the option to have a call and the help i need is from a refund that no arrived in the five business days

If you do not have a US cell # that customer service can call you at, the best way to ask for assistance is via social media. Post a private message on www.facebook.com/ebay or www.twitter.com/ebay
