Is there a direct line I can call to talk to someone? I made a purchase and the seller went through a 3rd party to re-sell me the item and it was completely wrong. The seller is a possible scammer.

I didn't understand what you meant by "the seller went through a 3rd party to re-sell me the item" at first ... but your feedback comment explained it.

There is no need to talk to anyone. What you do now is follow the same directions given in eBay's Money Back Guarantee to open a return request:

Go to your Purchase History and open a 'return request' ... choosing 'Doesn't match description or photos' as the reason for the request.
If the seller doesn't provide either a prepaid shipping label OR a full refund within 3 business days ... then go back to your open request on the 4th day and ask eBay to step in. eBay will do the rest.

Since you're fairly new to eBay ... I recommend you wait until you KNOW what is going on before leaving a negative feedback saying 'Possible scam'. We have 60 days to leave feedback. It's best to leave it when the transaction is COMPLETED ... which, in this case, means going through the return process for a refund. That would have given you additional information about a possible scam ... including whether there was any scam at all.
